BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 5710, 5712 and 5716 Lee Highway, being on the southeast line of Lee Highway southwest of Aiken Road. Lots 5-9, block B, and part of lots 28 and 29, block B, Map of Lee Highway Place, as shown by plat of record in deed book Z, volume 29, page 446, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 3850, page 48, ROHC, and part of the property described in deed book 3955, page 317, ROHC. Said lots and parts of lots form one tract beginning on the southeast line of Lee Highway 225 feet southwest of the intersection of the southeast line of Lee Highway with the southwest line of Aiken Road, said point being the northwest corner of said lot 9, thence southeast 389.4 feet with the northeast line of lot 9 to the northeast corner thereof, thence southwest 811.96 feet with the southeast line of lots 9, 8, 7, and 6 to the northwest corner of said lot 28, thence southeast 102.7 feet with the northeast line of lot 0C 28 to the northeast corner thereof, thence southwest 103 feet with the southeast line of lot 28 to the northwest corner of lot 27, said subdivision, thence northwest 102.7 feet parallel to the northeast line of lot 28 to a point in the southeast line of lot 29 located 103 feet southwest of the northeast corner of lot 29, thence northwest 100 feet parallel to the northeast line of lot 5 to the northwest corner of lot 29, thence continuing northwest 409 feet with the southwest line of lot 5 to the southeast line of Lee Highway, thence northeast 500 feet with Lee Highway to the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 158H-G-23, 23.1 (part), and 24. from C-1 Highway Commercial Zone and C-6 Commercial Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
